I never thought these would do anything, but I've seen them discussed here. So when I ran across this page, http://autorepair.about.com/cs/productreviews/fr/aafpr052002.htm I thought I would share. Tests three vehicles over the road and on a dynometer.

Let me summarize - no improvement in fuel economy, power or emissions.
