TJ heater nor worky...

I have a 98TJ SE, 2.5L Auto. Did some wheelin in water and now the heater doesn't work, just replaced the alternator...This morning the heater worked and I left it on high and the heater speed kept changing without me touching the dial and now it won't blow at all...I checked the fuse and it is still good, any ideas?

ground for the blower. It ground through the chassis, if you dunked it then you cold have gotten water in there and it doesn't take long for rust to coat the connections over.
Pull the blower motor, clean up where the screws go into the body and where the screws rest on the blower motor.
If that doesn't work start tracing wires back. My guess is the ground connection though.

Thanks, on the TJ's is the blower motor accessible thru the engine bay or do I have to take apart the dash?
