TJ Front plate mounting

So I just moved to Las Vegas with my girl, and I'm trying to put her new front plate on. It has existing holes in the bumper, but they aren't big enough for the standard square plastic push in things, and I can't get in to put a nut on the back of the hole to use a regular bolt. Any ideas? I don't have my full set of tools, so pulling the bumper is out of the question. I'm sure there's something simple that I'm missing, but I have no idea what to do.

edit: fix spelling error

Get the mounting bracket for it. I think I still have my stock XJ front bracket, Pa only runs rear plates, I'll check one of our wranglers and see if the screw holes line up in the morning.
PM me your address, if it fits I'll mail it out tomorrow when I pickup my mail at the post office.
