Heres a question for you guys. Has anyone every just put on front TJ flares and left the stock rear flares? If i trim the front to fit TJ type, and trim the rear to give me more clearance, then paint the flares and stock trim all to match Do you think this would look ok? Just a thought because I can get a brand new pair of front TJ flares for around $60.

I don't know how it would look (I think it's been done before and looks fine but can't say for sure). But I do know that quadratec sells a complete set of TJ flares for $99.

Thats what I plan on doing. In fact I just came in from the garage triming my rear fenders/flairs. (Darn compressor can't keep up with the cut off wheel, I need to let it cool down)

The reason I'm doing it this way is I don't want to hack up the flair to attatch it to the door. I've seen very few out of many that actually look real good. If I ever find somebody how can cut the rear TJ flair attatch the front part to the door and make it look like it was suposed to be that way then I'll have them do it for me, until then I'm just triming the stock fenders and flairs.
