TJ coils on XJ

I have read that if you put tj coils on an xj it would give you -1" of what spring would be if it were on tj. So if I were to use 5.5" tj coils on my xj it would net me 4.5", just wondering if this is correct.

I have a set springs from Currie CE-9131F and got 3.5" of lift from them. I think they are reated at 170 pounds per inch.

TJ coils are -1 inch, ZJ coils are + 1 inch

I have 6" TJ coils on my XJ right now, And netted just over 5" over stock.
