I was able to find a '93 XJ that originally had a 2.5L for extremely cheap, and later on scored a 4.0L with an NV 3550 out of an '03 TJ Rubicon from a seperate source. I've done a little searching and asking around at different shops and forums, but hopefully i can get some help here.
It looks like the frame side motor mount brackets on the 2.5L xj are in a different location than those on the 4.0L. Junk yard is probably my best bet?
Are the brackets on the block that drastically different? M.O.R.E. said their bracket wouldn't work for a newer TJ block, any other options out there?
I'll be fabbing my own tranny mount, so I'm not as worried about that, but I was hoping to find either an aftermarket or OEM solution to the motormount solution.
