Thor guard's and such

I had a question on thor guards and how they attach to the jeep? Do they just screw to sheet metal? And what are the advantages and disadvantages of having them? How much do they weigh?

3/16 steel... they have some weight. yes attach with bolts THROUGH the body under the window. They prevent that area from bending denting crushing rocks trees maybe bullets.... AND you run LEDs with them if you so choose.

x2 I would consider making them out of just flat because that diamond is just fugly.

They sell them smooth, if you read...I agree though, I would not buy the dimond plate.

Made from 12 gauge cold rolled smooth steel or 1/8" diamond plate
