Congress has approved sending over 60 billion for disaster recovery, or whatever. Estimates indicate that this could rise to 100 billion or more.

Looking at IRS taxpayer statistics, there are going to be an estimated 150 million individual tax returns filed for the year 2005.

Take 100 billion divided by 150 million and you get $666 out of each of our pockets that they decided to give away.

What do you make of that? (besides the obvious fact that I have too much time on my hands.)
