Maybe now I can root for the local team. I just never could stand that guy. Granted Radio guys are talking about Cowher, Billick, and Parcells as possible replacements. Parcells has an out clause in his contract that he will be in a position to exercise if there is an ownership change in Miami, which there very well may be!

I didn't think I'd see the day... it'll be interesting to see who they bring in. I guess we can start calling him Mike "Shana-canned" now. :laugh:

He was overdue. I was ready for him to be gone 6 years ago. They say Cowher is out because he is too much money. If Shanahan doesn't take another coaching job in the next 3 years, the Broncos will have to pay him 18 million dollars.

18 mill if he doesn't do anything for 3 years??? NO BRAINER on that one. 3 year vacation for 18 mill then work again if he want's. Not like he's hurting for money right now anyways.

I could work on my jeep.
I could work on my GOLF game that for sure could use alot of work.
My house yard all kinds of stuff.

His clause is coaching or working in the NFL. he could start up brodcasting like some do for 3 years.

I'm thinking dallas will match if not give him more than 18 to 20mill to come coach for them. I think thats one of his better fits around the NFL.
