I have a list of people to thank for Hosting or Sponsoring us this year.
First off I would like to thank Chalk Creek Campground. We have used them during four Colorado Fests. They have an awesome staff, just really great people. Their facilities are top notch, and they seem to not mind us rowdy 4 wheelers. They are just south of Buena Vista in Nathrop. If you are ever looking for a place to stay in the area, I would recommend them first. They also just added Wi-Fi this last year, and it works very well. Check them out on the web.

Next up we have the Coyote Cantina. They hosted us for our Friday night dinner we hold every year. We were given our own area in the back and had 3 waiters/waitresses assigned to us. It was a buffet style setup, they kept the food warm, and kept it coming. As well as making sure the drinks stayed full. The staff was very nice, and very accommodating for our group. The food was great. If you are looking for a place to grab a bite, stop in. They are North of Nathrop, South of Buena Vista, just east of the 285 junction.

Once again Spidertrax Off-Road showed their support for our chapter with some raffle items. They donated a plethora of T-Shirts and stickers, as well as a full set of their awesome aluminum wheels spacers! They always treat us well this time of year and we really appreciate the support. They are Colorado based, and you can check them out on the web. They offer a lot of great products. A lot of top notch fab work goes into all of their items.

Tomken Machine also stepped up for the raffle. They hosted a BBQ for us at their facility in '06, which was accompanied by their own raffle. And this year we received quite a few high dollar gift certificates from them. Tomken offers a lot of XJ specific items. I have no doubt the raffle winners will find something great to add to their rigs. As always we appreciate their support.

TnT Customs supported us this year with some gift certificates. They have an outstanding line of XJ products. I imagine those certificates will be put to good use. Thank you for your support. It is always nice to be able to give away certificates from a company that offers so many products for our rigs.

We had a new comer this year, Ruby's Auto Body. They donated an Optima Redtop to the raffle. Ruby's does everything from Auto Body, to Rhino Lining, as well as used car sales. If you are ever in La Junta, CO feel free to drop in.

I'd also like to thank one of our own for donating to the raffle this year. Terry - 87xjco donated a gift certificate for one gear install on a differential of your choice. It's great to see our members step up and donate their own chapter. I'd also like to dually thank Ken - Rockken for donating the install back to the chapter after he won it in the raffle. To be used on the front axle that the Colorado Chapter is building for the giveaway XJ. Terry does gear installs on pretty much anything. He does great work and is substantially cheaper than all of the shops around town. If you need some work done, I'd stop his way first.
Again, thank you to all of our Host's and Sponsors. You do a a lot to support this club and chapter. And we really appreciate all of your hospitality, and generosity. Pictures of raffle winners to follow.
