Teralow 231 kit spewing fluid

Anyone have problems with their 231 low kit spewing oil out of the vent? I even relocated the vent to the rear of the tcase to get it away from the planetaries and it still dumps out oil. I finally got so pissed that I extended the hose and put it in a bottle to catch it. After about 2 hours of driving, I had about 12 oz in. Later on the trail, it was almost empty. That tells me that it could be heat related, similar to a coolant overflow bottle. But I still don't like it. Any thoughts or fixes?

When I put mine in it did that.It seemed to be caused by the little breather/check valve on the end of the vent line.I put on a new line and re-routed it so there were no traps and stuck a fuel filter on the end of it.No problems since!
