Tech Day 6/6/15

For those of you who are non Facebookers, here's what you're missing.

Colorado chapter is pleased to announce it's first tech day in a good many years.
Have you ever wondered how a Dana 30 goes together?
Well here's your chance to learn!
We will be installing an ausie "lunchbox" locker, a set of outer axle seals, a set of Yukon chromoly axle shafts with Spicer cold forged joints as well as a JKS DOM tie rod to go with our WJ knuckle swap. This will be a hands on meet and greet with several of our seasoned members there to answer any question you might have.
As usual there will be food and drink and all are welcome.
We'll see you Saturday June 6th at 1300 (1PM)

we generally try to schedule A project for a tech day. like this one was to showcase the installation of a locker and alloy shafts. If you'd like to do some thing on your rig for a tech day PM back channel and we can discuss what would be needed and when we could set it up. Basically what im saying is tech days aren't just for my rig , they're open to any one so long as its scheduled in for that day. Don't just show up and ask if we'll fix your stuff

I hope to clarify that statement:
Does a "Tech Day" have to happen at your house?
Can another member post, and host, a well defined project in this thread?
Does a lack of membership in the book of faces disqualify members from posting "Tech Day(s)" in this thread?

Back before FB was a thing for members here we just set it up on the forum. The first "Tech Seminar" was hosted in Northglenn by a non BOD member, though Troy helped coordinate. I ended up not attending as I was in surgery at the time, but from what I recall it was a great turnout.

Dating myself here, most of these folks aren't even around anymore.
