Surco 40x50 rack with spare tire mount and hi-lift mount

I have a surco 40"x50" rack. The rack is in great shape do dents or bends, good paint. It comes with the surco spare tire mount and hi-lift mounts. It is the rack pictured on my cherokee, but does not come with the lights or light tabs or the thule rails, hi-lift. Will not seperate.
