Strengthening the Unibody!

there is steering box frame braces from C-Rok and ORGSMFG, Frame stiffeners from T & J Performace. You could make rails running the length of the frame to add support from angle iron. Add a few crossmember to it, like around the shock area from frame rail to frame rail. Just some ideas. Juice

I am not sure that you have too much to be concerned with on 32" tires and not years and years of abuse on rocks and such to deteriorate the frame to begin with.

The one area that I would look at most is where the steering box meets the frame. I do not personally like the idea of braces but I do like the idea of sandwiching the frame there with some thicker plate steel.

Other than that it is kinda hit and miss as to where you might first experience issues of cracking. Obviously you could put in a full cage and add angle section steel all over it, but it is spending alot of time, money and weight and may never really need it.

Just my thoughts,
Michael
