Stolen XJ in Manteca area

Well, my sisters XJ got stolen on Tuesday afternoon. It was stolen out of her apartment parking lot in Manteca sometime during the day. Nobody saw anything, and all that was left behind was some broken glass. Too bad, it was her only transportation and they also got away with about $50 worth of her medication too. I just thought I could enlist the help of the Sierra Chapter members to help keep and eye out for it.

It is a bone stock 1989 XJ Pioneer. Dark blue with the factory steel wheels with chrome center caps and beauty rings, and chrome bumpers. License plate number 2LGY977. Again, it was stolen from the Manteca area.

Please if anyone sees this Jeep, call your local police department and report what you have seen. Hopefully we can get this back to her without too much damage or missing parts.

Jeep was recovered. No details just yet. The wing window and the steering column were the only things broken. Thanks for your effoerts in locating this Jeep.

This sucks, I found a jeep that sounds exactly like yours. I beat up the chick that was driving it and now I have it parked in front of my house. I guess I'm stuck with an extra jeep, I'll let it go cheap. You out there Phil, it's a 2-door.
