Stock rear bumper and brackets '99 in NoVA

In Sterling, VA am removing stock rear bumper, end caps, and brackets, will also have driver's side nut strip (pass side is going to be destroyed, two bolts seized in it.) Will need paint to look good but no rust on face. Free if you pick up...

Available now, or will get recycled next time I go to Leesburg... hate to sound threatening but I have too much crap and while this might be good stuff to someone it's fairly well useless to me.
