Springfield mo newb needs help

First off new to the site so hi everyone. Now my problems are as follows. Temp gauge does not work (thinking sensor on that one though not wiring) my wipers only have one setting and thats low my brake lights apparently decided to stop working on the way home but when the lights on are very bright like they are stuck on. My passenger side front turnsignal is out and the in cab indicator stays on (guessing its how it lets you know its out) until i hit a bump just right to kick it off. Fog lamps and radio dont work (dont really care about the lamps but the radio looks new and is intalled properly so i dunno on this one) and it would appear it has a habit of blowing the fuse for the dash gauges (all except for the temp gauge now are working though. Any help would be awesome thanks. Sorry its so long and jumbled i just woke up

p.s. If anyone is in the are that wants to come help me sort through that would be AWESOME along with whatever advice you folks can give me. I'm just crap at wireing

forgot another annoying problem is the cruise control doesn't work and it would apear that the po yanked the elec fan and never put it back.

hehe like i said i was tired when i wrote this Its a 91 4.0 cherokee

got the turn signal working waiting for the rig to cool enough to pop the temp sensor and i put in a brake light switch which had no effect so its not the switch
