SPACER-Belt TENSIONER Mopar 6503230

I own a 1991 XJ 4.0 and upgrading to a horseshoe-style intake.

I have all the parts except for the pulley spacer, part 6503230. I have been looking for this part for three days, checking the internet, junkyards, emailing DeXJ, Quadratec, Crown, Amazon, eBay, and dozens of old threads, but I haven't found it.

I'm starting this thread as a last resort. Can any of you direct me to where I can obtain this part?

It looks like a generic spacer. I wonder if you couldn't improvise with a few washers of the right diameter. I saw one writeup that said there should be a 3/32 gap between the pulley and the mount.

Thanks! I considered doing that because it is just a spacer/cylinder shape. DeXJ's is sending us a couple. I'm going to post all the results regarding this upgrade. Now, I have all the parts to swap the straight intake manifold with the horseshoe manifold.
