This National Club does not support the use of land/trails unless it is publicly known to be approved by the owners of the land. If you look in the by-laws theres a section on it. Since you weren't sure of the legality of the wheeling, it was probably removed so that others would be protected from breaking the law and thus, losing their membership in this club...

I'm sure a moderator will Private message you the details if you ask...
