About the same down here. Took the new XJ out on its maiden snow voyage and it was fun. Forgot my camera though so I don't have any pics. I may go get some later!

at least 15" on the ground right now, should have well over 20" by the end of the day tomorrow. thank God for XJ's and 4wd

We've got a healthy covering on the ground. It's been coming down at a good pace since sometime in the wee hours of this morning. I overheard my boss say something about the possibility of sending us home early. We'll see. I'm not driving the XJ, but my Grand Prix gets through the snow like a tank.

I think we got about 4-5" so far. Streets are a mess, but it seems like a lot of people are staying home, as there wasn't much traffic. Did some running around in Cindy's jeep, works pretty well with the detroits and MT/Rs, but the steering takes a little getting used to. Put some gas in it, there were XJs at the pumps on either side at the same time.

FINALLY!!! The first snow of the season down here and wouldn't you know, my XJ is in the shop getting the door hinge fixed. We haven't seen snow since I installed the lift and ATs back in the spring. Oh well, maybe next time...

It's "Lake Effecting" here, but that'll happen most any day from November to May. About 22" on the ground with a nice coating of ice on the top. :shiver: Banks already higher than the plow truck. BUT! I'm happy to be back in a Jeep once again. Wish I'd bought an XJ years ago. Gotta love that Full Time position on the T-case selector.
