Should SUWA get it's way...........

A current news story about a rescue in the Canyonlands got me thinking. If SUWA was to get it's way to outlaw all motorized modes of transportation for the wildlands, shouldn't that include all search and rescue vehicles. How about a helicopter that puts a skid down on the red rock. There should be signs posted at all trailheads that warn " IN CASE OF INJURY OR OTHER EMERGENCY - KISS YOUR BUTT GOODBYE".
