located in Alameda, CA.. I much prefer local pickup, but will ship if needed. the rack and rails are both off the jeep right now, rack is still built w/ a floor and comes with mounting hardware for raingutter mounting. Rock Rails come with self tapping screws for frame rails.

RRO sez they are the same.
UPS ground will be about $40. I will have to see what I have to ship them in -- RRO ships rails in bubblewrap and plastic, I don't have enough of either right now to ship safely but I could dig something up..
