So thanks to 
I found this number while searching. I know I could have bought an idler pulley for 16 and change or shipping or whatever, but my local Fastenal has the 6203-2RS in stock for $2.08 plus tax. The bearing install slowed the job by about 5 minutes, pressing the old bearing out and putting the new one in. This was done with a vice and properly sized sockets. NBD.
Had the job completed in the time it would have taken to order the part.
This was for a 91.
