A reminder seems to be in order. Members are responsible for their own User Account on
, and should make a reasonable effort to safeguard their account from use by others.
Common "best practices" may include, but are not limited to:
is a Coproration with a Private Members area, Members are reminded to NOT allow access by others (specifically non-Members) to their account. Access to areas of the site reserved for Members is a priveledge of Membership in
. Allowing Non-Members to access your account is granting them full access intended only to be for Members in good standing and in violation of your membership agreement.
Any such abuse of Membership priviledges will result in swift action that will include:

Common "best practices" may include, but are not limited to:
- Change your forum password often and keep it to yourself. It should be hard to guess by others.
- If you use a public or shared computer, clear or delete cookies after use. Choose "do not save login" information.
- Keep an accurate email in your profile. Should you forget your password, this is what is used to send a new one to you.
- Change your email and other passwords often to prevent others from accessing your email or other private accounts. If somebody has access to one account, they will likely be able to manipulate and gain access to other private information.
- Do not share your Forum User account with others.


Any such abuse of Membership priviledges will result in swift action that will include:
- Forced Password Change
- 48 hour "Loss of Access to Members Forum" pending review by the BOD.
- Any and all IP's associated with the abuse being banned.
