Newbie question: Does the Saturday dinner take place at the Black Mountain Cabins? If so, does staying in town cause any problem with entering and parking near the event on Saturday evening?

It does take place at the cabins. Last year, everyone brought their chairs and we all got together at my cabin and ate pizza and had a good time.

No problem with parking. There’s plenty of it. We typically try to get the party started around 6-6:30.
