I usually wear a medium, this helmet fits closer to a medium then a large. You can also interchange/order cheek pads from a medium from Schuberth.
The reason I bought this one was it is supposed to be one of the quietest modulars out there....but it's my first modular helmet and I'm not too impressed with the quietness of it. Maybe I expected too much but it's a little louder then my touring helmet.
It also wasn't super mounting friendly with the sena I use when I ride, it worked but not the ideal way to mount the unit or mic.
The other thing I don't like is how heavy modular helmets are. Those three things are enough to make it not worth keeping in my opinion. I'd rather sell it at a small loss and buy a regular full face helmet I'll be more happy with in the long run.
