Saddle Up trail fund pledge thread

Ok, everyone. We have a need to raise funds for fuel costs for equipment that has been generously made available by Icemans to clear and form the new trail on saddle up. He is able to transport it and operate it but we will need to provide fuel for the equipment. So we are asking for pledges of funds for this purpose.

Please post up what ever amount you intend to give and as soon as we can, a method for donations will be made available.

Thats a great start guys.. .that should supply plenty of fuel for the tools/excavators.
We should think of how we're going to collect these donations, and where the funds will be kept. I know this sort of thing usually falls in the hands of the NWC Treasurer, but I'm not sure if thats how we should go about it for this particular project.

Well Iceman is supplying the tractor & tow to get it there, so take care of his fuel first. I can drop my $20 off at Awesome's house any night this week.

I know its been a while, so lets wipe the slate clean and start over....funds WILL be needed for this as we get into some more of the serious side of the actual trail building..... Primary use of funds will be to fuel the excavator(s) that NWC member(s) have or will be donating the use of.
So....who's going to donate what as far as money goes?

Funds are going to have to be cash for now.
Since our treasurer has up-and-left us, all the NWC accounts have been wiped out.
Until a new treasurer is in place and new accounts are established, all transactions within the NWC are going to have to be done by cash.....I wish there was another way, but that's how it is for now. Find someone who is nearby and who is going to the work parties, or find a way to meet up with either myself or Aaron, and we'll make sure your donation(s) gets noted, and into the right hands.
