Replacing Cracked Exhaust Man.

Ok, so I know this topic has been damn near flogged to death in the last couple of months, but indulge my questioning mind just a little more. So my junk finally cracked. I want to get a new header. The questions that I have regard the crossover pipe. I like the Banks header and they are a little cheaper than the Borla, but they don't have the crossover. Does the crossover make that big of a difference? Could I have an exhaust shop bend a new one up for me without too much trouble? I got a little extra cash this month, so I'm ready to throw down, but for $400 I don't want to screw this up. Thanks for your help.

I don't think you need to replace it. The OEM unit should be ok I 'think'

I repaired mine, and my wifes before the engine swap. Works fine and all it cost was some time.
