Ok I have Fox 2.0 resevore shocks and about 6 inches of lift. I know I will have to go through the rear floor but don't want to take up storage space. Lets see what you guys have come up with.

Probably the coolest way to accomplish this is via a Cantilever rear suspension.
Here is an example:
