Rear Bumper ?

I did a search and could not find any real good info on this subject.

I am making a rear bumper for my 1998 XJ and wanted to know what was the strongest way to mount it. Saw a few diffirent ideas when I did the search. Maybe if you can show a picture(s) and describe it. Thanks for you time.

On my bumper/receiver/gas tank skid I used all 8 original mounting points plus the 10 from the rail insert plates,its not going anywhere!
