RE Super-Flex 2 adjustable control arms.

Do they rotate at the adjustable length part in addition to the rotation of the spherical bearing assembly?

If the ansewer to the above is "no", then does the spherical bearing assembly have enough movement (degrees of rotation) as to not become a binding/sticking point during articulation with RE 4.5 lift?

Adjustable preload of the sperical bearing assembly. How much? Is there a torque # or is it by feel?

TIA

No, the adjustable part is not supposed to move, the jam nut must be tight at all times.
The sperical joint has more movement in it than you'll need with a 4.5" lift.
The units come pre toqued and ready to install. Mine have never loosened up in the 3 years I've run them. The small joints(UCAs and trac-bar) are a different story however.
