Raptor Liner removal?

Any ideas on how to remove this from a bumper?

Torch and a metal paint scraper, or a grinder and some really rough wheels.

I don't know if any of the paint strippers will work.

Aircraft remover? Only issue is it will strip EVERYTHING.

Best I have found so far is actually chipping it off with a hammer and heavy duty paint scraper.... Comes off fast and easy...
