I'm broke, and I eat like a fatass so groceries don't last long, and I don't really like plain ramen cause its too plain, so I gotta be creative. I'm sure lots of us here could benefit from these.
So post em up, I wanna see your best ramen recipes.

Here's one I just pulled out of my ass cause I didn't wanna make real food. Its actually pretty good.

Chicken Alfredo Ramen (almost)

Start making the ramen as usual.
Cut up 3-4 hot dogs (didn't have any chicken) and dump em in the boiling water when the noodles are about halfway done.
When noodles are done, drain the water out (just tilt the damn pot, no need for fancy pasta strainers or nothin).
Add butter. Lots of it. I use the kind in the big tub and just scoop it out with a spoon, so I dunno exact measurements, but I figure it was probably like 1/2 cup or so.
Add some garlic powder and a little salt (I was going for garlic salt here).
Add a tiny bit of basil.
Add a little whipped cream, enough to make it creamy but not enough to where its sweet. (You should use cream, but I didn't have any of that.)
Then put in a good amount of parmesan cheese. I used the cheap kind in the plastic jar thing with the green label, its grated so it mixes in better.

And there ya go... hot dog whipped cream ramen, aka chicken alfredo.

Anybody else got any?

Holy crap that's 800 calories just in butter :scared:

Ramen with leftover turkey, frozen peas and corn. Makes for a better Cup O Noodles.

I like a can of tuna and some eggs in mine. tobasco hot sauce too.

Ground beef (use the cheap preformed burger patties) and brown gravy with ramen

My aunt makes a salad with ramen that's not bad. I don't have the recipe, but it uses uncooked ramen with italian dressing and tomatoes.
