What quantities/sizes did you use?

This kinda depends on if you're using stock bracketry on the axle end, and I'm not sure I see your plan here... but here is my shopping list (I'm just about done with mine). I swapped in a full width 44 and had to start fresh w/ the brackets.

~2 sq ft 1/4" plate (axle brackets, crossmember brackets, and lower arm to upper arm brackets)
6 bushings (4 at the axle and 2 where the lowers meet the uppers)
2 large superflex joints
1 ft 1.25" B7 all thread
2 tube adapters
6 ft 2" OD .250 wall DOM (for lowers)
3 ft 1.5" OD .250 wall DOM (for uppers)
4 ft 2"x4" 1/4" wall box tubing (for crossmember)
2 ft 3"x3" 1/4" wall angle (for crossmember)
Grade 8 nuts and bolts for everything

The only thing left to buy is some smaller allthread (or long grade 8 bolts) and tube adapters for the uppers. I got everything I could from www.polyperformance.com

Thanks, I think I'm on the right track.May I ask what that list cost you?

If I can get any more replys, I am using stock axel brackets.

I really dont' keep track (it's too depressing), but I would guess about $200.
