I'm trapped in my house today because the HOA is staining it and working on my deck. Since 8:00 a.m. the workers have been listening to a station (called the Peak?). In just the last 30 minutes I've heard:

Gloria Esteffan's "Do the Conga"

Yes "Owner of a Lonely Heart"

Bon Jovi "You Give Love a Bad Name"

and now Semi Charmed Lifes "Doo Doo Doo song"

I can't leave. I can't change the station. I'm going insane.

I have now actually resorted to opening a beer.

I've been training really hard and I was supposed to take yesterday and today and just sleep as much as possible. Sleep was not an option with their musical selection. My Jeep was in the garage and those doors and the others were all taped off. They rang the doorbell at 8:00 and asked if I needed to go anywhere and I said no b/c I had planned on sleeping. I wish they had said, "Hey...we're getting ready to play some really crappy music while we work....you wanna get out?"

House looks amazing though so I can't complain about that.
