I just called 4 Wheeldrive Hardware to order a replacment for a Bushwacker fender flair we lost at the Badlands a month ago, and they told me they would not sell me just one. I was very irritated. I mean how often do these things get damaged? You would think it would be good customer service. Anyway, I called Bushwacker and they gave me a part number for the one flair and suggested I call Quadra Tech. They were happy to sell me just one even though I didn't buy the set from them, and the price was very reasonalbe. I will personaly never call 4 Wheeldrive Hardware again.

Keep Quadratec on a short leash as well.

I ordered a set of greasable shackle bushings last September, and got a short shipment. Someone had pulled one of the bushing halves out, rendering the kit pretty well useless. The outer box was fine. I called Quadratec and was told I got the last one in house, and they didn't know when they'd get any more in. Send me one bushing half when you get them.

I just checked my order status, and it supposedly shipped 2/19/04, drop shipped from the manufacturer. Never showed up here.

I ordered and picked up two bug shields for the two TJ's from quadratec, one fit the other did not. they were for two different models, TJ and a YJ one had clips and one did not. Need to take one back and get a replacement. Doing that on thursday when I'm down in philly.
