Over the weekend I submitted payment for a 1 year membership and immediately sent an email to [email protected] indicating that the payment should be applied to another member's account (MelloYello). The membership was applied to my account anyway. Can you please correct this as soon as possible? Again, the user MelloYello should be receiving a one year membership, not me.
