Providence Canyon 8/1/09

Got an invite from Tom Wood to run with a small group up Prov Canyon and since I hadn't been up there for a year, we jumped on it.

Mason's getting pretty good with the DSLR

On the way down, Mason and I peeled off to explore the shale quarry for fossils and hiked to the main waterfall, which is still raging.

Wildflowers were abundant

That looks like a fun trail!! We were planning to run it this summer...but that was when I had a job.
