This is a thread that we should get some folks working on asap.

As I dig through old threads, I will post folks who have been contacted in the past and see where we get with them. We DO NOT contact national sponsors, unless there is a special circumstance.

IRO is the event sponsor and bringing a bunch of product with them.
Logan's metal will be on board in one form or another, I'm still working out those details.

I will talk to smashhole and HD off road about possible lunch sponsorship on Saturday, and/or raffle donations.

John has said that he will catch up with JCR (they are not sponsors after Jan 1st).

There was talk of a letter to send at one point last year, honestly an email or a phone call will be better at this point.

AxleBoy said they would throw "something" together for the raffle, prob. Jeep/Beer shirts or recovery gear and stickers.

Mac Inc. customs will send another $25 cert. for jeep stickers n stuff.

The Midwest Chapter of the North American XJ Association is a chapter of incorporated in January of 1999. This will be our 16th Winterfest event. Our primary focus is the gathering of XJ and MJ enthusiasts from the Midwest region of the United States. This yearly event entails two days of trail riding at the Badlands Off-Road Park in Attica, IN. The finale of the event is a dinner and raffle. The proceeds of the raffle support the club with activities throughout the year that support responsible use of public lands through land-use focused organizations, including endorsing the ideals of the Blue Ribbon Coalition, and other regional groups as approved by the membership of the chapter. In 2015 we donated $1000 to the Redbird State Riding area in Dugger, IN. Thank you for taking the time to consider donating.
