Every once in a while, we'll go and have a picture challenge. This is our 5th one so far.

Previous themes have been:
Junkyard
Radnor Lake State Natural Area
Around the Apartment
Around the Pace Alumni Center

This theme is: Water at Rotary Park

Since it's obviously impossible for the two of us to choose which is better, you get to make the choice. The pictures will remain un-credited until voting is over. The poll will close in 3 days.

i say picture 2 because the focus is on the water not the object that water is passing around but the highlights in the first is really good

first pic is good in its own right but for a contest of capturing water pic 2 is better.
 
I thought I'd be different and not allow the shut-out. :doh:
 
i like #2 better...

only thing i don't like about it is the bright "light" showing in the rock. looks sorta like a flash... but that's my only complaint, which is minor. still a cool shot.
 
they make a neat little cover that goes over the flash on most cameras, that defuses the light so you still get the light brightness but it makes it harder for an object to reflect a direct flash. my brother had one for his digital SLR... pretty cool stuff.
 
So what 's it like in the dog house?
