Whats missing off the engine harness? From an auto? Goes back to the main plugs under the dash?

i think the fan connector is cut off...and a few relays and fuses were pulled. i cant say for 100% sure thats it though...otherwise its complete to the mass connector to the interior fuse box

its from an auto 4.0
