Well I'm bored, got the jeep packed up / ready for NAC Fest. Figured I'd post up pics of my OBA Set up... Thanks to Backroads for the helpful hints or I'd still be swearing at wires & fittings. :wierd:

I'd say its a very clean / simple set up.

Little bit of Spagetti from the PIAA lights. Dont mind that :D The Air lines are hose Barbed right into the OEM AC hoses. Simple.

Followed the hose along the fuel rail, up through the same hole where the ABS wires once were.

Under the back seat, the Bulkhead fitting is sealed with thick rubber washers. There you can see where the "T" holds the Pressure switch and feeds back to the tank. Switch is: ON @ 114 - OFF @ 145

I have the tank mounted to a panel which also holds the extinguisher and a Mag light... the airline come in from under the back seat. Tees off with a bleeder then up to the tank. That way any fluid can easily be drained out if need be.

The switch is easy to reach while standing at the driver door. Thats about it, tried to keep it simple / clean ...I think it worked out

It is using the AC compressor, yeah. However my AC never worked since I bought it. I forget if it was the Evaporator or what... but it wasnt cheap to have it fixed. From what I understand, the crap that breaks is deep inside the dash.

In any case, I'm very happy with the OBA. Who needs AC? :)

Looks good man, came out real clean. And yeah, backroads is the man...he even wrote me out a shopping list for my OBA and drove me to home depot to get extra fittings and stuff :D

looks about right, only thing I see thats a little odd (and maybe not) is that a check valve after the filter? You should have one on the line coming from the compressor that goes towards the tank as well, not really needed on the intake line. Its not absolutely necessary but should be there so that your compressor isnt fighting 114psi of air when it starts back up.
