OME Coil Question

Hello,

I recently got some OME 2642. I think the 3.5 ones. Do I need to buy a different isolator? Or is the stock one ok? It's in fine shape.
I took a few pictures so you can see what I'm looking at. If these photos don't do it justice, I can always send more. But it just doesn't look right to me, although I have almost zero experience.

Aftermarket springs should be compatible with the factory isolators, but those isolators appear to be a bit small diameter. Are they factory?
