If anyone is looking for a condo to rent in a gated community... I just finished remodeling this one. New floors and new bathrooms, new washer and dryer, new sinks, and dishwasher, new AC unit, and single car garage all remodeled. (garage is directly below). End unit near the pool.
Its kinda modeled for older folks, and the paint is Victorian style.
1700 per month. Ready to move in.
Side note.....This is not the place to move into if you work on your vehicle. Small one car garage. But if your mom needs a nice place then here ya go.
