1999 Crown Vic. with newish drilled and slotted rotors at four corners. Looks like it started out as a cab and now done up "stealth" in flat black. Nice upgrade IIRC.
Also there's a white Comanche with good tail lights and decent burgundy interior plus sliding rear window.
