Need local help or shop for XJ Hinge Fix in CS

I need help with my 99 2 door stock XJ for re welding the hinge on my jeep. Would like to work with someone who could help me, I have welded very little, and would like the best weld so maybe I could learn more as you do. Would pay for materials if you help me, maybe more.

Or ideas on best shop to go to that is fair priced and will do it right the first time.

I am in the Army on Schriever AFB, and just had knee surgery 2 weeks ago, so little hard for me to do to much. Anyone that can point me in the right direction thanks.
