The trail where the Nitto Tire pick up climbed the wall was the first trail we went down, and yes it was further down that trail that we met. That seems to answer the questions about our routing. We went up the east leg of Phillips, Down Odessa and then back up the west leg of Phillips and down Doran.
Got to say I would never have side hilled on that, but it worked for him. If you get rejected your so screwed. I do a lot of slick off camber stuff here in Va and I would much prefer to hang a tire over the edge gently so I had a chance to drive out of it than get shoved over it violently if I lost traction on the wall.
Guess I picked up "Wrong Way Remi's" navigation skills at the same time I picked up his good spotting skills.
