Need advice pulling a harmonic balancer

Ok so I am having to work on my Brother's 99 pathfinder to replace his water pump which if you haven't ever done one on a nissan pathfinder then don't ever offer to do it because it is a serious pain in the a$$ because it is way too overly complicated in design. Anyway the harmonic balancer on this motor doesn't have the 3 holes drilled and taped in it to screw the bolts in that come with the puller tool. Is there another puller I can use? Because there is no way I see to make this one work and I am absolutely stumped here.

You could try a 3 jaw gear puller... Its a keyed fit, so it should come off fairly easy.

I went back to autozone and they gave me the 3 jaw and said it should more than likely pull it off and it did thank god. But yah that is what the one I am working with looks like.
