Need a place to vent

So frustrated!
My mom has an 08 jk sahara unlimited garage kept dealership maintained yada yada. Anyways it's Rustin and the paint is caroding and the windshield frame brackets are rusting. What does the dealership say? Tough luck, Chrysler? It's not covered under warranty but they will repaint a few of the hinges.
Sounds absurd to me
So I go to another forum to basically state the above and ask for support and see who else has the same issue. And the tread immediately got deleted and my account was suspended.
If I can't go to a forum for help or support where do i go? So frustrating... Oh well thanks for listening to me rant lol!

What kind of rust coverage warranty does Chrysler have? IIRC: GM's rust coverage falls under the 3year bumper to bumper but up to 100k.

I think they said 50k PERFURATED. so it has to be all the way through the body. Regardless it should be rusting and should be covered. My dad has an 01 liberty that he uses for construction that is 100% rust free even the undercarriage and my xj only has rust where I have mades cuts and gouges on the trail
