NAXJA IC Wells Fargo Account

Off-hand does anyone know whether the Wells Fargo account that belonged to IC is still open? It has an address of 605 Adams St. Layton, UT and there are monthly statements from 2009 and 2010.

Also, with regard to the America First account, there are statements and receipts from 2004 to 2008 and then the statements are pretty erratic. Also receipts for stuff from this time (restaurant reservations, port-a-potty rental, T-shirts and the like).

I would like to get these files organized and up to date. I propose that files older than 3 years (older than 2010) be shredded, at least. If anyone has a reason to keep files longer than that, let me know. Particularly if there is some club rule that covers this.

As far as i know the account was closed when we took over, then we opened a new america first account in 2011 when we(josh cory and I)took charge.


You could PM XJBanker(steve) he should be able to tell you for sure, he was in charge of that. as for the statements, anything older than 3 yrs i would shred i don't see it needed. I also still have out 501c7 tax stuff and BLM permit info i can email over to you(forgot i had it)
